These truffles are amazing. I promise you will be able to trick your friends and lovers with these ones. Made of just 5 ingredients, these with satiate your sweet tooth, with no dairy, sugar or added fillers.
1/4C Cashew butter
1 cup chai tea strongly brewed tea
150g cacao paste
3/4 C coconut sugar
.25t vanilla powder
Make sure the tea is warm. This will make sure the coconut sugar will melt.
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and cool down to room temperature.
Cover and put in the fridge to set for 1.5 hours.
Once firmed up, use an ice cream scoop and form into balls.
Roll in your desired garnish or dip into your favourite chocolate for chocolate dipped truffles.
