I have had a sweet tooth ever since I can remember. Every picture of me as a kid has me holding some type of candy! My mother likes to tell the story, even now, of when I was 4 and I didn't get the ice cream as promised which then led to a screaming and kicking fit.
Can you imagine being gluten free, sugar free, lactose intolerant and having a sweet tooth? My first thought at the start of this 6 year food journey was, "What's left?!" The answer? Whole food. Food that gives you nutrients rather than taking it away.
